How to enter
Dance studios:

Receive a group discount for multiple entries (5 % discount for studios entering 5 or more soloists).

Pay your entry fee $45 (£36) standard entry. $36 (£29) early bird.
Independent Dancers:

‘Reach the Apex’
After submitting your entry video, each dancer will be seen by our internationally renowned faculty, receive a professional judges score and a certificate of participation that will be emailed directly to you.
All entries are judged fairly by qualified professionals, and all submissions are handled securely.

Judged by your favourite faculty members from LA, New York, London and Australia, Apex connects talent across continents through innovative online competitions ending in our annual in-person spectacular competition and convention. Our 2027 live Apex Dance Awards event is a fast-paced, high-energy, dance filled day designed to inspire and challenge dancers at every level. Dancers will train with our esteemed faculty throughout the convention, receiving world-class education and guidance from the very artists who shape the industry. The day will culminate in an electrifying live competition, where dancers will compete for major cash prizes, scholarships and receive video critiques from the judges themselves. An unforgettable experience - and just the beginning of what’s to come.

Dance Beyond Borders
Apex Dance Awards is a global online dance competition designed to give dancers everywhere the chance to be seen, celebrated, and rewarded on an international stage. Dancers from across the world will submit a solo video and receive professional critiques and scores from our elite panel of judges.

Our Overall Highscore Soloist (12 & Under), Overall Highscore Soloist (13 -16) and our Overall Highscore Soloist 17 and over will be eligible to win a cash prize , sent directly to them following the event. They will also be crowned ‘Apex Platinum Artist’ and our 17 and over pre-professional winner will win a free entry to our in person convention in 2027. Once your entry solo video is received you will be eligible for:

The competition culminates in a high-energy, live-streamed global event, where all judges come together to announce category winners, the Apex Achievement awards, and our overall high score champions. Winning performances will be streamed live for audiences around the world, followed by celebrity guest appearances who will join us live to critique and celebrate our standout dancers so make sure you are watching! In addition to this, to celebrate teamwork, talent and studio spirit, the studio with the highest overall points across entries will be recognised as the Apex Legacy Studio. This is more than a competition, it’s a global spotlight, a professional experience, and a chance to launch into the next level of your dance journey.
